Where are you based?
Treatments take place in my cosy home studio—The Loft—located upstairs in a peaceful space designed for relaxation and calm. Full details are provided when you book.
Is The Loft wheelchair accessible?
Due to the upstairs location, The Loft is unfortunately not accessible to those with limited mobility. However, I offer home visits by arrangement for clients who find stairs difficult, or for anyone who prefers treatment in their own space. Just get in touch and we’ll chat through the options.
What treatments do you offer?
I offer a range of massage and reflexology treatments including full body holistic massage, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, ear candling, and tailored combos. You can view the full treatment list here.
Can I get a treatment in my home?
Yes—home visits are available for all clients, whether due to mobility needs, a busy lifestyle, or just personal preference. These are offered by arrangement only and may incur a small travel fee depending on location. Get in touch to see if it’s a good fit.
How do I book?
To book a treatment or ask a question, you can book online or contact me directly by email or social media.
What should I wear to a massage or reflexology session?
Wear whatever feels comfortable! You’ll be covered with towels throughout your massage, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
For reflexology, please wear loose-fitting trousers or shorts, as the treatment works on the feet, ankles, and up to the knee.
Do you treat pregnant clients?
Currently, I do not offer pregnancy massage or reflexology treatments. This is to ensure the highest level of care and safety for both mother and baby, as pregnancy treatments require specialist training and techniques. I’d be happy to recommend trusted practitioners locally if you’re looking for a pregnancy-specific treatment.
What if I have a medical condition?
Before your first treatment, I’ll ask you to complete a confidential consultation form. Certain medical conditions (such as recent surgeries, injuries, or specific health concerns) may limit or prevent treatment, or may require written consent from your doctor. This is to ensure every treatment is safe and suitable for you. If you’re unsure, just get in touch for a quick chat before booking.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available from €30 and can be used toward any treatment or package. Choose a printed voucher or an e-voucher. They’re valid for 5 years.
What happens if I lose my gift voucher?
If you lose a printed voucher, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help, especially if you know the name of the person who purchased it. E-voucher records are easier to track and can be resent on request.
Can I combine offers and loyalty rewards?
To keep things fair, promotions, loyalty card rewards, and bundle prices can’t be combined—but I’ll always apply the best deal available to you.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens—I totally understand. Please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge, depending on the situation.
